identify you, and/or "aggregate" data

instance, Luck Line may access anonymous
data such as your device ID in order to
assess the performance of our
applications on various devices.
Additionally, Luck Line may use tools or
third party analytics software to
automatically collect and use certain
non-personal data that does not directly
enable Luck Line to identify you. Please
see Section 4 for more information about
the use of analytics services, and a
link to any relevant privacy
policy(s).
2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
For purposes of this Privacy Policy,
“personal data” means
personally identifiable information that
specifically identifies you as an
individual.
Likely situations where you may make personal data available to Luck Line include, but are not limited to: (i) by optionally connecting to third party social gaming networks such as Game Center or Play Games; (ii) by optionally connecting to and using third party social networks or email addresses in order to share game progress or game information with contacts (such as “share your progress”, "recommend this app", or other similar features); (iii) by purchasing a product or services within the app (or "in-app purchase"); (iv) by subscribing to our newsletters; (v) by registering for Services, contests and special events; (vi) by requesting technical support; and (vii) otherwise through use of Luck Line Services where personal data is required for use and/or participation. The personal data shared with Cannibal Cod through your use of our applications may vary depending on the activity you are engaged in. The personal data Luck Line may collect, process and use may include, but are not limited to your name, your screen/user name, your service ID for Luck Line's or third party services (such as your gamer tag on Game Center or Play Games for use in displaying your game-specific high-score or achievements in game), and your e-mail address. Luck Line may use personal and non-personal data, both individually and combined together, for purposes of analyzing usage of the Services, providing customer and technical support, managing and providing Services (including managing advertisement serving), customizing Luck Lines communications and to further develop the Services and other Luck Line services and products. 3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Luck Line processes personal
information for the purposes of (i)
providing you the requested Services;
(ii) registration and administration
related to your use and participation in
Services, contests and special events;
(iii) access management when using a
third party ID; (iv) administration of
subscriptions to newsletters; (v)
providing you products and services
related to "in-app purchases; (vi)
providing "share the app" or other
similar features; (vii) providing you
technical support; (viii) providing you
information and advertisements; and (ix)
general analysis of the use of the
Services to improve the Services.
4. ANALYTICS
Luck Line's games may use third party
analytical services to help us
understand how the Services are being
used, such as the frequency and duration
of usage. These services can also be
used to inform our product development
and improve our products and services,
to gather business intelligence, to
personalize game content and
advertising, and to assist in making
recommendations.

Luck Line may employ third party ad
serving technologies that use certain
methods to collect information as a
result of ad serving through Services.
These ad serving technology may use
demographic and geo-location information
as well as information logged from your
hardware or device to ensure that
relevant advertising is presented to you
during the use of our applications.

ad services used (below) for more

Please note that your mobile device may allow you to opt out of certain Interest Based Advertising. However, if you opt of certain Interest Based Advertising, you may continue to receive contextual ads based on other non-personal information, such as ads related to the content of the App you are using. Location information may be collected
by our third party advertising or
analytics services (please refer to
sections 5 and 6 for the privacy
policies of those services, as well as

Additionally, in some cases and with your prior consent, Luck Line may collect and process your general location data to provide location based services such as special promotions or region specific advertising. 7. SHARING
Certain features of the Services may
provide the option of sharing
information about your use of the
Services with various social networking
sites or with your existing email
contacts (for example, "Share this app"
or other such similar services). Any
information that you provide on or to a
third-party website or service is
provided directly to the owner of the
website or service and is subject to
that party's privacy policy. Our Privacy
Policy does not apply to such websites
or services and we’re not
responsible for the content, privacy or
security practices and policies of those
websites or services. To protect your
information we recommend that you
carefully review the privacy policies of
other websites and services that you
access.
8. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
You may choose to disclose data about
yourself in the course of contributing
user-generated content to the Services.
Any data that you disclose in this
manner will become public information,
and there is no expectation of privacy
or confidentiality with respect to that
data.
9. THIRD PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note that your access to and use
of the Services may be subject to
certain third party terms and conditions
and Luck Line is not liable for any such
third parties’ use of your
personal data, except as provided by
mandatory law.
Certain Services that Luck Line may offer, such as multiplayer gaming, social networking and gaming console services, may use third party services to provide authentication for the Services with a gaming console ID, social networking ID, or gaming network account. In connection with such use, certain personally identifiable user and/or membership data may be transferred automatically to and from Luck Line 10. SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Luck Line does not knowingly collect
personal information from children under
13 years of age. If Luck Line learns
that Luck Line has inadvertently
gathered personal data from children
under 13 years of age, Luck Line will
take reasonable measures to promptly
delete such personal data from Cannibal
Cod’ records.
Please note that the third party analytics and ad services used in Luck Line's games may have their own policies. Luck Line therefore encourages parents to review any privacy policies included in sections 4 and 5 and to become familiar with those parties' policies and practices.
